The studio

We're a team of marketers who got tired of generic.

Hack Tech Stack is a team of experienced marketing experts in the USA and Israel. We create the marketing logic and build the AI stack that runs it, for brands that still care how they sound and would rather own a strategy than rent a platform.

Hack Tech Stack started solo: one marketer with a simple conviction, that brands deserve work that actually sounds like them. The partnerships came next, built one good collaboration at a time, until there was a group of accomplished partners around the world. Local stars and global digital travelers, based across the USA and Israel, all of whom saw the same thing coming: marketing is going through a major shift. Part of it is AI. The bigger part is the change in how people, in both B2B and B2C, find, consume, and use content and data.

Eight years on, that conviction hasn't changed. The tools have (about eleven times). We watched AI go from “a curiosity in the content pipeline” to “the entire content pipeline” in 18 months, and we watched a lot of teams ship a lot of work that read like nobody had been in the room when it was written.

That's what we're a reaction to. We think AI is the best marketing leverage in a decade. We also think it's the fastest way to produce uncanny, forgettable, brand-erasing work if you point it at a generic brief. The tooling is now a commodity; the fit is not. Voice first. Stack second. Tools last, and lightly held. The rest is the service page.

What we believe

We believe the funnel diffused, but the reader didn't. We believe the brief is the work, and that the brief is increasingly a voice manual with some campaign metadata attached. We believe the agents are a commodity and the fit is the moat. We believe most of the SaaS you're renting this year is on its way out, and that the trick is to own the strategy so you don't care. We believe in geo-holdouts, recall surveys, and a small set of leading indicators you can hold in your head. We believe “growth hacks” is a phrase used mostly by people selling growth hacks.

We don't believe in dashboards with forty metrics, multi-touch attribution that nobody has audited in two years, sprawling tool stacks that grew by accident, agencies that ghostwrite their own case studies, or the idea that a good marketer can produce work in a voice they don't understand. That last one is the one we keep coming back to.

How we measure

We can hit the tactical numbers. Across the team we've sent tens of thousands of emails at a 70%+ open rate and 12% clicks, and we're glad to do it. But open rates are the old scoreboard. The result we actually play for is brand-level: the kind of work that changes what a company is worth. One digital rebrand we led helped carry a business to an $850M sale. That's the number we keep our eyes on, and the kind of result we build your stack to produce.

The team

Nadav Interstein
— CEO
Nadav Interstein

Started the company solo and built the partner group around it. Leads strategy and the AI side of the stack: the agents, the prompts, and the measurement that ties marketing back to revenue.

Keren Gonen
— Co-CEO
Keren Gonen

Runs brand strategy and client work. Turns how a company actually sounds into a voice manual the whole stack can run on, and keeps every piece of work honest to it.

— PPC extraordinaire
Vadim Martianov

Owns paid media. Feeds the channels the same voice as everything else, and measures what they actually return rather than what they report.

— Content & writing
Victoria Tsitrinbaum

Leads content and editorial. Writes and edits the long-form, the campaigns, and the Tuesday essays, in your voice, on a good day.

How to work with us

Every engagement starts with a free stack audit— one call, a written report within a week, yours to keep. If there's a fit, we propose a fixed-price engagement scoped to a quarter at a time. No annual platform lock-in; the assets we build (the voice manual, the prompts, the agents, the measurement model) belong to you.

We take two new engagements per quarter. We say no to most inbound. If you've read this far, we'd probably enjoy the call regardless. The reply-to on the newsletter goes to a human; the human is usually one of us.

— The free stack audit

One call. A real read on what your stack is missing.

Send us a few details and we'll come back within a week with a written assessment that looks across the whole brand system: voice, design, audience, messaging, and go-to-market. What's working, what's leaking, which tools to keep, which to cancel, and the two things to fix before you spend another dollar. No pitch deck. No “growth call.” If there's a fit, we talk about an engagement.
